We recently purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Michael J’s Auto Sales and Service, and the experience was excellent. If you're looking to buy a car or van, I highly recommend reaching out to Armando—he made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.Before settling on our purchase, we test-drove six or seven other vans, and let me tell you, not all dealerships operate the same way. I don’t personally know Armando, but working with him felt nothing like the stereotypical “used car salesman” experience.When trading in our old van, we had a number in mind for its value. After the team assessed it, Armando shared their offer, which was fair and matched exactly what we had anticipated. We also explored financing options on our own and appreciated that there was no pressure to go with a specific bank or credit union. At the same time, Armando let us know he could assist with financing if needed, which was reassuring.Overall, I highly recommend Michael J’s Auto Sales to anyone looking for a vehicle. Their professionalism, transparency, and customer-focused approach made for a great buying experience.

What a fantastic experience I had with purchasing my new car from Michael J’s Auto Sales. From the moment we arrived we were greeted so warmly. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Our questions were all answered with patience. which made the entire experience smooth and stress free. Pricing was upfront and I got a great deal. The car itself is in excellent condition and we are thrilled with our purchase. I would highly recommend Michael J’s Auto Sales at 1885 Smith St in North Providence to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable car buying experience!!!!

We Bought several Work trucks from Michael the owner and Armando the sales manager. The process was absolutely smooth, seamless and simply a joy to work with. Never had any issues, trucks always started right up and only thing we ever did was oil changes, tires, and breaks, as we do a ton of mileages on these trucks. Dexter and I could not be happier with the service we received from Armando, he was a great guy to work with and very easy to talk with ,didn't try to hustle us ,the truck we bought is fantastic,great deal and no pressure like the larger dealerships,thank you very much for helping us get what we wanted !!!
